QUEENS DUETS

QUEENS DUETS (2015) is a dance film shot in Queens, New York. Inspired by the industrial environment of Long Island City where it borders Newton Creek, these two duets respond to their distinct physical landscapes. The pairs of dancers and their respective settings create a secondary duet of form.

QUEENS DUETS (2015) is a dance film shot in Queens, New York. Inspired by the industrial environment of Long Island City where it borders Newton Creek, these two duets respond to their distinct physical landscapes. The pairs of dancers and their respective settings create a secondary duet of form.

QUEENS DUETS premiered at the International Dance Film Screening in New York in 2016. It then went on to screen at multiple festivals in the US and abroad.
